Betsy Vardell designed and built a Flash-based catalog to showcase Corbis's 46|64 collection — a photography archive celebrating subjects between 46 and 64 years old, organized around four themes: mind, body, heart, and soul. The application used Flash's dynamic content capabilities to foreground the collection's photographers and give browsers multiple ways into the work. It was the right tool for a collection that deserved more than a grid.
